Halloween is a time to dress up in a bewitching costume, indulge in one (or five) too many "fun size" candy bars, and, if terror barks up your tree, watch as many horror movies as possible. Horror films have a precise formula for tormenting audienes: a twisted story, wicked characters and, if it's any good, memorable death scenes.
Memorable death scenes range from iconic like Alfred Hitchcock's "Psycho," to shocking and premature like Casey in "Scream," to downright disturbing like, well, most of the deaths in "House of 1000 Corpses."
