Keegan Allen, who plays Toby -- Spencer's (Troian Bellisario) boyfriend and newly-revealed member of the "A" Team -- couldn't reveal too much about the answer to that question when he spoke to HuffPost TV via phone to discuss the remainder of Season 3; but he did say, "This season, the collective 'A' pushes all the girls to their breaking points ...
