WASHINGTON -- The House has voted to name a federal building after Thomas P. "Tip" O'Neill, the Massachusetts Democrat who served as Speaker from 1977 to 1987.
The legislation was sponsored by current Speaker John Boehner and his predecessor as Speaker, Nancy Pelosi.
